The Element of Water

Continuing on from our blog about the four elements we need . . . today is water. The purity of water can help raise our vibration and energy. Find the time to be near water.  Make sure you include walks near  bodies of water  or go swimming to heal and raise your vibration.   And when you hydrate yourself make sure you stay away from sugary substances. Keep it pure and clean.   And finally a reminder to  make sure you take care our oceans, lakes, streams and brooks. Take care of Mother Earth.
