The Element of Fire

DSC_8312

Continuing in our series the final Element we need is Fire. Think of a time when you have sat by a fire.  It’s very hypnotic isn’t it?  Take advantage of these opportunities since they can be rare.  Sitting by a Fire is a good way to focus on your issues and solve your problems. Be open with your Fire, tell your story to your flames to help yourself focus.

Fire is also a good way to connect with your heart. There is a connection between fire and passion. Fire can be all consuming and so can passion, so use Fire as a way to connect to your heart and concentrate on your passions. There is an intensification to Fire so use this intensity to raise your vibrations and increase your healing energy.

Since having access to a controlled fire can be limited to such things as woodstoves, fireplaces, fire pits, and bon fires on a beach, don’t forget about the Fire that burns in the sky every day. We need the Fire of the sun energy as well. In all cases don’t forget about fire safety (keep yourself, your property, and the forests safe at all times) and this includes the use of safe sun protocols. We follow Dr. Mercola’s advice so sunscreen safety, which allows for bare skin at appropriate times. We have a link to his site.

So safely embrace the power of this element, use it connect to your heart, use it to heal, use it to work through our problems and raise your vibrations.

..and this is According to Mary!

  1. I will add to cover ears of young (and all ages) since I used to put hair behind my ears while face got hot. I had cancer on ear and slice of neck to cover ear to help it to heal. Unfortunately the neck graft was most expensive and did not “take.” I am so glad you mentioned sunscreen!
Very inclusive article about joys and fears of the element of Fire. 🙂

  2. This is an interesting article. Fire (as in campfire, not forest fire!) is indeed mesmerizing as it seems to warm us from the outside to our very cores.
Thanks for liking my “Vivid” post.
