Once again today’s message from Mary is about the importance of grounding. Those of you who don’t know grounding is connecting with Mother Nature by going barefoot or laying down on the earth and making a connection. This provides tremendous healing for us. If it is winter or too cold you can still ground in your boots. One piece of info I have recently learned is to in the winter find 2 branches to hold on to. And hold these braches as you sit in your winter gear and boots. And this will help you ground and make a connection in the winter. We plan to do this next winter ourselves. If you have to use a blanket when you lay on the ground make sure it is cotton nothing synthetic. Leather shoes are very helpful when walking nothing plastic like sneakers to enhance your connection. We’ve seen new footwear out there to with a hole in it to ground you. Scott and I always go barefoot all summer and well into the fall too at our local beaches. In fact Christmas Day last year we managed too get 1 hour in before it got too cold. The picture above is from that date. A whole town in Alaska even healed themselves by grounding. There is a video out there called Grounded on this. So go barefoot today and heal yourself!
Believing Is Seeing . . . .And This Is According To Mary Magdalene (Lady Nada)!
Love this !
Love grounding, especially at the beach!
Beautiful concept! It’s time to heal and go barefoot:)
I’ve done this before but didn’t know it was called this. I know the term “being grounded” as something related but a bit different.
