Practice Forgiveness

Today’s message from Mary is all about forgiveness. Not forgiving lowers our vibration. It keeps us trapped in misery. I have had lots of experience forgiving people.   This life was my hardest ever so I had lots to forgive to keep my vibration strong and high. And I also learned somewhere along the way to be love to the people who had hurt me. Which means regardless of what they had done I still continued to love them. Sometimes that meant loving them from afar but always forgiving them and being love to them.  So take Mary’s advice today and practice forgiveness for yourself.

Make Sure You Keep Your Vibration High

Today’s message from Mary is to keep your vibration high. Scott and I don’t ever listen to the news. We get by without knowing exactly what is going on in this world. Scott and I only watch comedies on TV or go to movies at the theatre that are comedies.  TV is called Network Programming for a reason.  Meditation is important to quiet your mind and relaxes you. We listen to mainly classical music. Make sure it moves you and keeps you high. Most pop music is very  low vibration. There are lots of New Age music out there now which can be very beautiful and uplifting. Of course my favourite is to play a musical instrument. A recorder or Ukulele doesn’t cost much. You can always sing it is free. I also like to move to music and was an exercise instructor a while back. I can’t tell you the joy I felt each day moving to music.  And during troubling times  in my life its was my therapy. It kept my vibration high each day I just didn’t understand it.  Try just dancing to an upbeat song and you will understand it. Mother Nature is another place to get your vibration high. Take a walk in the woods. Mother Nature is free. Grounding is another way to raise our vibration. Going barefoot in Mother Nature heals us or sitting under a tree back against the tree with no blanket. You can even ground in  the winter in boots by holding 2 branches of a bush. Make sure you get proper nutrition. Sugar made me feel sad and caused me to lower my vibration for many years. Exercise is important for our health and to keep our vibration high. Scott and I like  mainly  walk at this stage of our life.  Challenge yourself with a hill for a more intense workout. We always go out in Mother Nature even in the dead of winter with proper clothing. We have started walking silently now too to hear Mother Nature speak to us and receive messages from our higher self or inner wisdom. Staying in an attitude of gratitude always keeps our vibration high. Wayne Dyer and Oprah taught this. Gratitude is very close to being love I have recently learned so that is why it works.

Ignore Mainstream News To Keep Your Vibration High

Today’s message from Mary is to not listen, watch or read  mainstream news. They are incredible energy drains and can instantly  lower your vibration. You want to try to do everything in your power to keep your vibration high each day. Listening, watching or reading the news will only lower your vibration. Scott and I for many years have ignored mainstream news. This helps keeps our vibration high. We get by without knowing everything going on in the world. We listen a lot to music especially classical. We have a wonderful station locally that plays classical with few commercials. And when the news comes on we just turn it off for a few minutes. Sometimes we don’t get there quick enough and we hear all the bad news and it lowers our vibration instantly. Another thing we do is just focus on reading positive articles and  we don’t click on the articles that focus on the  blood shed  and carnage in the world .  One of our favourite places to get lost is YouTube and  cute pet videos. A cute little kitten or puppy will instantly raise our vibrations. There is so much going on in the world that we can’t control so why keep ourselves in a low vibration too. So try Mary’s advice today and give up mainstream news. Scott and I certainly don’t miss it.

There Is Energy In Light

Today’s message from Mary is another aspect of energy. As we have talked about  before there is energy from the Sun to use to raise our vibration. Today Mary wants to talk abut the energy in light that we can draw upon to raise our vibration or  heal. Think of when you go into a room that is dark and you turn on the light switch. It is amazing the illuminance of the room compared to when it was dark. With light it does this for us and gives us energy when we need it. You can also go outdoors during daylight to get the energy too.  So think of this next time you are down. need healing or simply raise your vibration. Get outside and get some light or turn on a light in your house to raise  instantly your vibration.

Stay Calm And Find Joy During Stressful Times

Today’s message from Mary is to find calmness and joy in times of stress and  hecticness.  Scott and I are very bad at this sometimes. We have had some stressful situations lately and have not always stayed calm and still found joyful things to do.  Mary wants to remind us all to find things to do  that calm you and add to your joy. The journey of life was supposed to be fun too.  We love to walk in nature, go birding, play musical instruments and Scott likes to take pictures. And don’t forget 8 magic words to instantly raise your vibration “What A Wondrous, Glorious, Loving Day It Is” from our December 6 post to instantly raise your vibration.

Alway Make Time For Yourself

Mary’s message today is a reminder to those of you selfless type of people out there. She wants you to always take care of yourself first. Scott and I are both horrible at this and I am once again focusing on me again. I let me slip away again and I am focusing on my health and joy. I kept out a Christmas decoration that spells JOY to remind me to put my needs first and do some joyful things. The journey in life is supposed to be fun and joyful too. We know so many people who think only of themselves first and would never let themselves slip. That is very  important too. You need to take care of yourself first before you can help others. That picture is one of Scott’s joys now to see many types of birds. We got lucky one winter a few years ago and saw him at our favourite beach. He was our first and got us into birding or bird watching. Mother Nature heals us and raises our vibration so birding is very healing.

The Healing Power of Music and Movement to Music

This is one of my favourite activities to do playing instruments myself or listening to upbeat positive music. Music puts us in a higher vibration and can heal us. Make sure you choose upbeat positive music. Scott and I like to listen to mainly classical music and freedom songs from the 60’s and 70’s. Unfortunately not all music is created equal. The internet is full of info on that.   There is one other area of music that I enjoy personally movement to music.  Earlier in my life I used to teach exercise classes and certainly didn’t understand the higher vibration I would put myself in by combining music and movement.  I used this healing power of music after class to survive my crazy life. I had no idea at the time it was my medication for the day. And also adding music to exercise puts us in a different state so that time passes very quickly that you didn’t know the class was over. So those of you that don’t like to exercise consider joining a class with music or adding music to your exercise routine. So take Mary’s advice and raise your vibration and heal through music and/or movement to it.

Keep The Christmas Spirit Going All Year

We think today’s message is very timely. Just after Christmas people are back to cutting people off in traffic or forgetting the homeless person. Mary’s message today is to keep the Christmas spirit going year round now that the holiday has passed. Remember just a few weeks ago we were thinking of others more or trying to create peace on earth. Mary wants to remind us to keep the spirit going throughout the year.
