Be Respectful When In Nature

DSC_0763.JPG

Mary’s message today is all about respecting wildlife especially this time of year when we are camping,  swimming, hiking or just visiting in nature.  Remember we are invading their territory.  We are just guests.  Make sure you don’t leave garbage. Leave nature the way you found it.  Just last night Scott and I saw some large pieces of plastic in one of our favourite parks. Somebody had to have just dumped it there. Mary also wants you to be careful when having a campfire.  Fires can be wonderfully healing just be careful.  So this summer get out to enjoy Mother Nature and don’t forget to be respectful.

Plant A Tree Or Flowers

DSC_4284

Today’s message from Mary is for those of us having spring is  to  plant flowers or a tree to help Mother Nature. Bees need our help to have more flowers to pollinate. And by planting a tree–trees eat up pollution. I live in the city and a street that is quite busy with cars these days. Luckily my city planted lots of tree many years ago and I know they are helping to eat up the pollution from car exhaust out there. And trees make a wonderful buffer to city noises. So many trees are being harvested so it’s important to replenish them.  Both flowers, trees and bees are very important parts to our eco system. And by gardening you are connecting with Mother Nature and healing yourself by grounding. This heals you and raises our vibration and helps keep you positive during life’s crazy adventure. So do what you can  and help Mother Nature by planting flowers or a tree.

Don’t Forget About Mother Nature On Mother’s Day

DSC_1417

In some parts of the world today is Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to all of us! Mary’s message today is not to forget Mother  Nature too on Mother’s Day. She needs love and care too. Make sure you take care of the all of nature. Be kind to animals, don’t pollute the waterways. Do you part to help take care of this earth. Practice the  3 R’s Recycling, Reduce and Reuse. Make sure your children are raised this way too. Once Scott and I were at a little park looking at some  wild mushrooms growing at the start of the park. By the time we finished our visit the mushrooms had  been trampled on  and completely crushed probably by the young children who had just arrived after us. Unfortunately children are taught about Science in the schools today  and not that we are all part of Mother Nature. If they knew this fact perhaps they would have admired them and moved on. So don’t forget about Mother Nature today  and Happy Mother’s Day from Mary too.

Respect Nature And Its Inhabitants

DSC_2269

For us today’s message is one of our favourite things to do.  We love to be in nature and just be. The shot above was taken last evening just before dusk.  We are fully taking advantage of the longer days of daylight. Mary’s message today is to respect nature and its inhabitants. Mother Nature is there for our benefit.. Treat her and her creation with respect. Scott and I are always shocked at how many people we see still littering.  Don’t forget we are made from Mother Nature so being in her heals us and raises our vibration.

Embrace The Change In Seasons

DSC_6032We are just changing seasons here. Fall is here and Winter is around the corner which in this neck of the woods means snow. Scott and I don’t let Winter and the coldness and snowstorms keep us indoors. We embrace each season as it comes. Growing up as kids we were always outside skating on frozen ponds and sledding on hills I always enjoyed the crunchiness of the snow and the stillness of a blizzard. It was back in the days when you played outside all day and we loved it! Right now we are enjoying Fall. The leaves on some trees are just starting to change and we always appreciate Mother Nature’s beautiful plan. We both love Fall too. She is here. We plan many walks in the woods and on the beach and apple picking on a u-pick farm and choosing a pumpkin from a pumpkin patch. Mary’s message today is to embrace the change in seasons wherever you live on this planet.

When Mother Nature Appears Appreciate It

DSC_3999Last night Scott and I were walking barefoot on the beach in the water grounding ourselves by connecting with Mother Nature. Two beautiful loons appeared in the water hunting for supper. We just stopped to admire their beauty and color. They had a regal presence about them. We wondered if they were a couple or just two friends hanging out or two siblings. They brought an unexpected peace and tranquility to our walk. Mary’s message today is when Mother Nature unexpectedly shows up to appreciate it connect with it. Remember we are made from Mother Nature so she heals us and raises our vibration.

Protect Our Environment

DSC_9008Today’s message from Mary is to protect the environment. We are made from Mother Nature so when we hurt her we are really only hurting ourselves. Mother Nature is a powerful force and she can heal us and raises our vibration so why wouldn’t we protect her like one of our children. Do your part.  Don’t throw things away– reduce, reuse and recycle. Make sure you teach your children this too.
