Well it’s that time of year with Christmas and various holiday celebrations going on. Mary’s message today is to be kind and respectful to people when you are rushing around out there. Don’t forget the true meaning Christmas the birth of Mary’s partner and husband Jesus (Sananda). Scott and I are always amazed at how people behave out there when we are shopping or driving at this time of there all in the name of Jesus (Sananda). So please take Mary’s advice be respectful and kind out there this year.
Believing Is Seeing . . . . . . . And This Is According To Mary!
Mary Magdalene’s message today deals with the Love, Peace and Joy for mankind we profess during the Christmas season and then forget about it after January 1. Why would you build it up — Love, Peace and Joy and then let it go after the season has passed. We need to carry it forth year round for everyone. Mary Magdalene is the wife of Jesus so she has a connection to the first Christmas her opinion should be respected we think. So after the holidays are over keep the Love, Peace and Joy toward mankind going!
The lyrics of the old song from the 70’s popped in my head as I began to write this. It’s an oldie but a goodie!
In a recent message from Mary she showed images of the ocean. I could see the power, I could see the energy. I could feel the healing energy that comes from listening to the waves…I could feel the healing energy as the visuals of the ocean gave me strength and brought me harmony from within. The entire experience allowed me to look to my heart for clarity and love. I was able to drawn on my heart to feel peace and connect with this beautiful planet.
In today’s message Mary wanted to remind us of the beauty found in nature, specifically water. She wanted us to experience the beauty and healing quality that can be found in any natural body of water, and if you are close by she recommends that you take a trip to the ocean, the sea, a lake, a river….and let your senses embrace the energy that you find there.
The nice thing about summer is that it is easier to get out and enjoy nature. The weather is nicer, the days are longer, it’s easier to get around, and in general you just feel like you have more time. But that’s not to say that life cannot get in the way. You tend to start summer with the best of intentions but next thing you know life is happening…you get busy…there is still stress…and you end up rushing around during the time of year you may enjoy the most.
In the latest message from Mary she wanted to remind us to take time to smell the roses…pet the butterflies…and just breathe. Taking time to stop what you are doing and concentrate on your breathing is very important. It can reduce your stress level, help you connect more with nature and help ground you. Ask any Yoga practitioner…they will tell you the benefits of breathing!
Mary showed me images of nature such as breathtaking mountains…a drop of water rippling through a still pond…the hills and valleys of life. She wants us to take those moments and focus on the small things in nature…or the beauty of the grandeur of nature…she wants us to connect, she wants us to focus, and she wants us to breathe.
It’s a beautiful way to heal and put the challenges of life in perspective.
In a recent message from Mary she showed me footprints. The image represented someone on their journey. She wanted to remind us that we are all on a journey and all at different points within our own unique path.
It is so easy to stop and look at others on their journey and judge and criticize others. The thing you have to keep in mind is that we are all learning our individual lessons, and we are all at different points in our journey. How can you expect someone else to know what you know if they are not travelling the same path?
I guess what I’m saying is that it is easy to judge others without really knowing where they have been, where they are going, and what lessons they need to learn. Our higher selves have chosen the lessons we are learning at this point in time. We are constantly learning…and constantly growing…so instead of judging, we should be sending love…just be love…it’s as simple as that.
Understand that that others may be nowhere near where you are on your journey…it could be years for them to learn what you have learned…or maybe they will never get there…they have a different path to take And if there is a way for you to help others on their journey then great! If not, that’s ok too…
Some of you might remember those lyrics from a Dianna Ross song back in the 70’s….but Mary wanted to remind us that we are on a journey. She likened our journey to taking a train. Sure a plane will get you there quicker, but where’s the fun in that:-)
The message was not suggesting that we travel by train all of the time, but it was meant to remind us to embrace the journey and learn from it. Think about the things that you would benefit from travelling by train. Think of the experience…the view…the time to reflect…the conversations you could have with loved ones or friends…sure the trip would take a bit longer, but there would be a calmness to the journey. You would have time with yourself…you would have time to think…you would have time to learn and grow.
So as we travel through life, don’t forget to take this reflective time…think about your journey…embrace what you have learned…and apply it…you are on this trip for a reason….it’s not just the destination…it’s about getting there.
I hope it’s a beautiful day where you are. It is here. The sun is out, the sky is blue, it’s beautiful and so are you…some of you might remember those lyrics depending on your generation Our plan for this weekend is to just go out and embrace the sun…just soak it up…the sun light…maybe even the moonlight (actually I’m not even 100% sure where we are in the moon cycle…it’s been such a crazy and busy few months). We are just going to draw on the energy of the sun and heal ourselves with its warmth.
…anyway Mary wanted to remind us of how important it is to draw energy from the sun. How important it is to get out there and recharge your batteries….clear your head…refocus where you are right now…take the time…take the moment…draw on that energy and let it wash over you…let it ignite your passions….let it wash away the crazy and fill your heart with peace and love…reconnect with the sun and the moon and all the nature in between…connect with the earth, the stars and the sun…use it to heal and use it to guide you…love your life, love yourself…the beauty that is you!!!
…and this is according to Mary!!!
What do you see? Think big picture here. In a recent message from Mary she did just that. She showed me images of this great planet of ours. She showed me beautiful mountains….she showed me majestic forests…she showed me babbling brooks, calm lakes, and the spender of our oceans….she showed me images many animal who we share the land, water and air with. She showed me creatures that live in our forests…on the open plains…in our lakes, river, seas and oceans…as they fly though our skies and perch in our trees.
She wanted to remind us that we live in a fragile world…that we are in partnership with other living creatures…yet at the same time we have the biggest impact. There’s not much that our terrestrial roommates can do when we make a mess of the place…so it’s up to us to keep our earth neat and tidy…clean…free of toxins and pollutants.
Mary wanted to remind us to do what we can to reduce, reuse, recycle…or do without…at least put some thought into what we use, what we eat, and what we clean with…find natural alternatives …do some research maybe…you’ll feel better about yourself, your planets, and you’ll feel good about how you helped out your neighbours…even if they are not human!
In a recent message from Mary she wanted to remind us of the love, warmth, and affection that our furry (and not so furry) little friends can provide. The beautiful thing about pet companions is that they tend to sense our energy. If we hurt, they show us empathy. If we are happy and excited, they are more than happy and excited….and many days they can take us from that place of pain and move us to warmth and compassion.
So enjoy the love and caring, and look forward to the time you can spend with your special finned, pawed, or feathered little buddy or buddies!
For those of us who are just coming into spring we hope your heart is melting…that and the ice and snow. The days are getting longer, the temperatures are slowly (and I do mean slowly) rising. We now have hope…Spring is officially here and soon the weather to support it will be too.
So if you feel you have been waiting longer than most winters to embrace the wonders of spring it’s time to look toward you heart and start enjoying those spring activities….get out and enjoy the air, enjoy the signs of spring…embrace nature and all that comes with this time of year!
