In some parts of the world today is Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to all of us! Mary’s message today is not to forget Mother Nature too on Mother’s Day. She needs love and care too. Make sure you take care of the all of nature. Be kind to animals, don’t pollute the waterways. Do you part to help take care of this earth. Practice the 3 R’s Recycling, Reduce and Reuse. Make sure your children are raised this way too. Once Scott and I were at a little park looking at some wild mushrooms growing at the start of the park. By the time we finished our visit the mushrooms had been trampled on and completely crushed probably by the young children who had just arrived after us. Unfortunately children are taught about Science in the schools today and not that we are all part of Mother Nature. If they knew this fact perhaps they would have admired them and moved on. So don’t forget about Mother Nature today and Happy Mother’s Day from Mary too.
Believing Is Seeing . . . . And This Is According To Mary Magdalene (Lady Nada)!
Today’s message from Mary is to love your pets and take good care of them. We all have them and they are treasured members of our families. Mary just wants to remind us to pay attention to them and make sure they are well cared for. And please don’t forget to donate a can of pet food to your local pet shelter.
What do you see? Think big picture here. In a recent message from Mary she did just that. She showed me images of this great planet of ours. She showed me beautiful mountains….she showed me majestic forests…she showed me babbling brooks, calm lakes, and the spender of our oceans….she showed me images many animal who we share the land, water and air with. She showed me creatures that live in our forests…on the open plains…in our lakes, river, seas and oceans…as they fly though our skies and perch in our trees.
She wanted to remind us that we live in a fragile world…that we are in partnership with other living creatures…yet at the same time we have the biggest impact. There’s not much that our terrestrial roommates can do when we make a mess of the place…so it’s up to us to keep our earth neat and tidy…clean…free of toxins and pollutants.
Mary wanted to remind us to do what we can to reduce, reuse, recycle…or do without…at least put some thought into what we use, what we eat, and what we clean with…find natural alternatives …do some research maybe…you’ll feel better about yourself, your planets, and you’ll feel good about how you helped out your neighbours…even if they are not human!
One of our favorite topics from Mary is how the joy and energy of pets can raise your vibration. They just have such an amazing way of communicating with us on their own level, and for many of us it really speaks to our inner energy. Pets are beautiful companions and make such great friends. “C” always reminds me of how her own kitty was so very healing for her when she went through her separation. Her kitty’s purring and snuggling up against her took her out of her negative energy and helped her heal both mentally as well as physically…her kitty really allowed her to just be and forget about her troubles.
A few years ago there was a stray kitty in the neighbourhood. “C’s” sister was visiting and started to feed the stray, who would often sit by the back door just waiting for something. “C” continued to feed him after her sister went home. At the time “C” was recovering from an injury so I found a mailing tube at work so she could feed the stray cat without too much effort…basically pouring the food down through the tube into a bowl. “C” felt horrible that she could not take the stray in, but she knew that her main priority was to continue to heal herself…taking care of her own kitty was about all she could handle at the time.
Luckily a neighbor took in the stray cat and he gave him a great home during his final years. He eventually passed because he had lots of ailments from living outside for most of his life. When “C” heard of his passing she felt so guilty about not doing more for him. Then one night the stray came to her a dream to say thank you for her kindness. This immediately made her feel so much better and not guilty anymore.
People and pets who have passed often can come to us in our dreams. I have heard so many stories over the years. I think you just have to be open to this happening…and it might.
We had a nice visit from Mary and she passed along a series of messages centered around energy and breaking the cycle of negativity. The last recommendation she passed along made me smile the most, so I thought I would start at the end.
One of the best ways to break the cycle of negative thinking is to connect with a pet! Kitty started to meow and hopped up beside me just as we were finishing up, and I could instantly feel warmth and love in my heart. There was no judgement, there were no negative thoughts…there was just love, joy, companionship…and a warm purring bundle of fur. “C” used her purring ball of fur to heal after she became separated. Her Kitty provided her with comfort and caring … Kitty intuitively knew that she needed to take care of “C” and knew exactly when to snuggle up to reduce her pain.
So Mary wanted to remind us right off the bat to connect with a pet when we are down, when we hurt, or when our energy is being drained…because they can instantly lift our vibrations and take us to a more positive place!
Ok… while some would disagree that animals can technically smile, true animal lovers know that they can. Every time your dog gets excited when you walk into the room…any time you see the excited wag of their tail…any time you seem your dog rush to the car because they know they are being taken on a trip, or for a walk you are seeing them smile. Any time your kitty snuggles up in your lap…or comes looking for loving…or finds that spot in the bed that makes them super comfortable (usually between your feet and typically at the expense of your own comfort)..Any time you hear that engine start to purr….you know that they are happy; therefore you know that they are smiling.
This week Mary wanted to remind us of that smile…remind us of the love our pet shares with us…remind us of the happiness we get from those smiles and that love…and the smile our pets tend to put on our own faces.
Continue to smile with your pet as your pet smiles with you…benefit from their healing energy…and embrace their friendship, their unconditional love and their companionship.
For me channeling is a sensory process. I have to let myself go and wait for my senses to react to my environment in order to receive and interpret messages. In a recent channeling session I was tapping into my senses when I heard the sounds of a song bird…chirping, tweeting and singing…I instantly connected with nature, specifically animals…just then “C’s” kitty hopped up beside me and snuggled into me…looking for affection…what else could I do but oblige:-)
The message from Mary was to remind me that our love and connection with animals is a two way street. Typically our pets love us unconditionally…and we love them, but we need to make sure we are attentive to their needs. Are we keeping them safe? Are we making them happy? Are we paying attention and listening to them? Because we co-exist with our animal friends we need to make sure we respect them. Provide them with the attention they deserve. Make sure they are eating healthy food and getting plenty of exercise. For those who are experiencing summer right now make sure they are kept cool and comfortable.
I know we all love our furry and not so furry friends, but we can get busy…and we all have our priorities…just don’t forget that our pets tend to put us on the top of their priority list…we should do the same!
I’m always amazed at the peace, harmony and energy that we can acquire through our connection with nature, specifically when it comes to our connection with our pets.
Quite often when “C” and I sit down to do our channelling we set up in her sunroom…we set up a small trickling water fountain to help with our connection…we hold hands to boost our vibrations and connect with our hearts…and usually a few minute into our session kitty arrives wanting to be part of the process.
She typically hops up on the couch beside me and snuggles in….usually looking for a little lovin’ by brushing her head into my hand until I begin to pet her…then her motor begins to run…and then I feel a warm glow in my heart as if Mary is telling me how important it is for us to connect with nature, connect with our pets and embrace the energy, peace, love and harmony with share with them.
…so embrace those moments when your kitty hops up on your lap asking for attention…embrace those moments when you take your dog for a walk in the park, or for a run in the country…embrace those moments when your cat is chasing a toy around the living room floor and looks up for approval…embrace the peace and harmony you feel when watching your fish in their own little world swimming around in their aquarium…embrace the health benefits of co-existing with and loving your pets!
Do you have a pet? Do you own an animal…or is it more the reverse…the animal owns you?
A recent message from Mary showed me several images of cats and dogs. Within seconds of receiving these images I heard an attention cry from “C’s” cat….then I heard her little footsteps as she trotted across the floor….then she hopped up beside me in the middle of my channelling and snuggled her head into my hand until I started to pet her. Her motor started as she began to purr…we were connecting, sharing energy…I found it a soothing and healing process….this went on for about ten minutes before she decided that sitting in the sun would be more fulfilling…
The message that came through from Mary was for us not to underestimate the healing power of our furry and non-furry friends. They provide us with unconditional love…they are healing…they reduce our stress levels…they can keep us active…they keep us in contact with nature…and remind us of our own vulnerabilities.
