Scott and I normally don’t follow the regular news but this past U.S. election we did. We always want to keep our vibration high and usually get by without knowing what is going on in this world. Mary’s message today is that it is time to heal regardless of who was your political choice last week. It is time to move on Mary is saying. If you don’t move on you will be staying in a low vibration. And that is not healthy as you know. So please take Mary’s advice today move on and begin the healing process.

This blog I have been not looking forward to. Mary wants me to write about my journey today. On Friday my little kitty cat passed away at 16 and one half years. Scott and I had no clue this was coming. She seemed very healthy just slowing down a bit. I wish I had known a bit more she was getting that old I would have made her last summer a bit more comfortable. It has been a hot summer here. On Friday morning I came downstairs to find her under the chair which normally does to escape the heat but she would not come out. I thought her claws were stuck to the rug. I eventually pulled away the chair and realized she was in pain and was not moving much. So I called Scott to come over immediately he was helping his dad.. I don’t have a car anymore. So I had about an hour with her to tell her I loved her so much and what a beautiful soul she was. I wish I had been braver and not cried as much but I was so scared I was about to lose her. I petted her where she like to get her loving. And did my healing treatment by rubbing my hands together and giving her healing energy. She did seemed to like that. In retrospect I am grateful for that hour. Scott arrived took her to the animal emergency but she never made it. She crossed in the car with Scott in my seat wrapped in a beautiful soft blanket with my scent on it. I don’t deal with stressful situations anymore so it was best Scott was her. He put classical music on and talked to her gently. He heard her take her last breath and never made to the emergency. They took her in and said she just died of old age which happens everyday. So I feel grateful that she really didn’t suffer with any illness. She was an indoor cat. She certainly got outdoors as young adult. I remember catching her after a whole night out and her hissing at me “don’t ruin my fun.” My young son was beside himself with worry. I can’t begin to tell you the joy she brought us all. We got her as a young kitten from my sister’s kittens. I just knew she was meant for us. (I certainly didn’t understand then that pets have contracts to be with us.) My son was the perfect age for a kitten and the joys of having a pet. She raised all of our vibrations whatever happened she was there to purr and instantly help us heal. She will be missed forever!
The other part of this is that she has connected with me after crossing. Friday morning I asked her soul to come to me. I didn’t feel her at first because I was crying so much but Scott confirmed he could feel her. She is here now as I write this to tell you that pets cross back to heaven too. She feels young pain free and kitten like to me. We went to our favourite beach to heal Friday afternoon and she came with us. I carried her with me and cried most of the time. I also felt my two crossed over parents there walking with me in my grief. Pets have souls too that have planned life’s with us. She could have easily been one of my childhood cats too. And other lifetime’s too. Reincarnation of pets is indeed true. Grief is the hardest part but is part of the journey too. Crossed over pets can come in our dreams. They also are waiting for us when we go to Heaven or the Astral World. Some come back to us and our with us again in a fresh body. I hope this gives you all some comfort as I grieve my kitty.
Mary’s message today is about the power of meditation. Meditation is different than prayer. Prayer is petitioning or begging God for something where as meditation is direct communication with your higher self or oversoul as some people refer to it. We are all on a spiritual journey of being born many times having different lessons each lifetime so direct communication with your higher self is very helpful in the journey. He or she is guiding you throughout life’s challenges whether you realize this or not. This is very different than what the churches teach. You can of course ask God or Prime Creator or any other being in heaven also called an Ascended Master like Jesus or Sananda his soul name for help at any time too but why not start communicating with your higher self too to help get direction in your life. They are on the other side or heaven or astral world working on your behalf to help you complete your lessons. Our favourite place to meditate is nature without any distractions like smartphones but you can meditate anytime of the day or place to quietly connect. Meditation is very powerful healer too. I used it immensely the first year or two when I first separated from my ex and needed quiet healing and reflection on what was next in my life. I had no idea of this blog or meeting up with Scott which would prove to be very healing too. If you don’t know where to start with a guided meditation from someone else. You tube has lots of free ones. Wayne Dyer was my favourite for many years. The Hollow Earth Network has lots of free guided healing meditations in their archives on their blog talk radio site. We have a link. Even Scott and I when in the crazy of our life forget to use this powerful tool and meditate to heal ourselves and our relationship.

Continuing in our series the final Element we need is Fire. Think of a time when you have sat by a fire. It’s very hypnotic isn’t it? Take advantage of these opportunities since they can be rare. Sitting by a Fire is a good way to focus on your issues and solve your problems. Be open with your Fire, tell your story to your flames to help yourself focus.
Fire is also a good way to connect with your heart. There is a connection between fire and passion. Fire can be all consuming and so can passion, so use Fire as a way to connect to your heart and concentrate on your passions. There is an intensification to Fire so use this intensity to raise your vibrations and increase your healing energy.
Since having access to a controlled fire can be limited to such things as woodstoves, fireplaces, fire pits, and bon fires on a beach, don’t forget about the Fire that burns in the sky every day. We need the Fire of the sun energy as well. In all cases don’t forget about fire safety (keep yourself, your property, and the forests safe at all times) and this includes the use of safe sun protocols. We follow Dr. Mercola’s advice so sunscreen safety, which allows for bare skin at appropriate times. We have a link to his site.
So safely embrace the power of this element, use it connect to your heart, use it to heal, use it to work through our problems and raise your vibrations.
Continuing on from our blog about the four elements we need . . . today is water. The purity of water can help raise our vibration and energy. Find the time to be near water. Make sure you include walks near bodies of water or go swimming to heal and raise your vibration. And when you hydrate yourself make sure you stay away from sugary substances. Keep it pure and clean. And finally a reminder to make sure you take care our oceans, lakes, streams and brooks. Take care of Mother Earth.
Mary’s message today is all about turning off your technology when in Mother Nature. How can the trees calm you, the ocean heal you and the breeze of the wind make you feel better if you have your technology on. Scott and I have always gone to Mother Nature to calm and heal ourselves even before we met each other. We just found such healing and comfort in nature. We are the last age group that remembers what is was like before technology—going to the beach without your cell phone or walking in the woods with no smart phone to check. What is so important that it can’t wait a half an hour. Leave your device in the car or turn it off. Scott and I only take his cell phone for car emergencies. It is usually off. When we are in Mother Nature we don’t want to be distracted. We are heading to the ocean this afternoon for a walk on the beach and Scott’s cell phone will be off.
Mary’s message today is about even though it is getting cold outside you still need to get out and embrace nature. Nature is very healing,. We are all part of Mother Nature. Even when the seasons change we still need to bundle up and go for walks in the woods or along the beach. We are made of her so she can heal us just by being in her. Think how good you feel after a walk in your local park or on a beach. Being in Mother Nature raises your vibration so you feel happier. Scott and I didn’t get out this weekend and I feel it myself today. We had to stay inside and clear out my basement for a contractor coming to my house to do some work. (That is why this message is a day late too. So sorry.)
It’s hard to believe but it is almost Winter. Mary’s message today is all about the upcoming flu season. She wants to remind us to eat healthy, reduce stress and do natural remedies instead of pharmaceuticals. Eating healthy is very important. Our favourite site is Dr. Mercola (mercola.com). He has great knowledge about basic nutrition and how to treat ailments with natural remedies. Even when it gets cold here we still get outdoors to embrace Mother Nature. We love to walk in the woods or along the beach and this certainly keeps us healthy reducing stress too. Scott and I have never had the flu shot and have seen so many people sicker than when they started in our opinion . Our favourite natural treatment is Oil of Oregano diluted in olive oil. It kills a lot of bugs. We buy it at a health food store. They can give you the info on the dosage. And if you are taking certain pharmaceuticals you need to talk with the health food store staff whether you can safely take it with your prescription. Raw garlic is another favourite we take to kill bugs. We chop up one clove in the morning and one clove in the evening for no more than one day or two. (Too much garlic can be toxic.) Heated garlic does not work it must be raw. We explain we just had Caesar Salad to explain our breath. And have you ever heard of Aerobic Oxygen? It is liquid oxygen you put into your water and then drink. It can kill bugs too. We keep it in our medicine cabinet too. It does not mix with certain pharmaceuticals so talk to the health food store as to whether or not you can take it safely with your prescription.
The lyrics of the old song from the 70’s popped in my head as I began to write this. It’s an oldie but a goodie!
In a recent message from Mary she showed images of the ocean. I could see the power, I could see the energy. I could feel the healing energy that comes from listening to the waves…I could feel the healing energy as the visuals of the ocean gave me strength and brought me harmony from within. The entire experience allowed me to look to my heart for clarity and love. I was able to drawn on my heart to feel peace and connect with this beautiful planet.
In today’s message Mary wanted to remind us of the beauty found in nature, specifically water. She wanted us to experience the beauty and healing quality that can be found in any natural body of water, and if you are close by she recommends that you take a trip to the ocean, the sea, a lake, a river….and let your senses embrace the energy that you find there.
When was the last time you weathered a storm? What type of storm was it? A snow storm perhaps? A tropical storm? A typhoon? A thunder storm? It may have been intense, or it may have been mild, but I think we have all weathered a storm or two in our lifetime.
During the storm did you experience anxiety, maybe even fear? I think that’s normal. And how did you pacify yourself? Were you able to keep yourself calm?
In a recent message from Mary she wanted us to relate our experience of weathering a natural storm, to weathering the emotional storms in our lives. Hopefully we can transfer the coping skills we use during a natural occurrence to what we experience in living the day to day.
She recommends looking inward. Try breathing to help us focus and calm ourselves. Look to our heart for direction, for balance and to help guide us as we work through our problems. If we find ourselves frozen with anxiety, try breathing to calm ourselves and to clear our mind. Use the love within us to help us through the storm. And use the love of others to help comfort us and keep us safe.
