Today Mary wants to help you with all the noise in the world today. If you are finding the world too noisy find a quiet space to focus within and on your heart or heart mind as it is really called. Remember our heart mind is connected to Creation or God or Prime Creator whomever you want to call Source. Our heart mind is always there for us to go to. We can ask it a question or use it to relax or just meditate to escape the craziness of the world. Scott and I stay away from most news on the internet or TV or radio to keep our vibrations high. We know the consciousness of the world is actually raising so we as a people are getting higher vibrationally year after year. You wont hear that on CNN or most other news outlets. So next time the noise in the world starts to gets to you take Mary’s advice and try going within to your heart mind.
Believing Is Seeing . . . . And This Is According To Mary Magdalene (Lady Nada)!
Today’s message from Mary is all about going to your heart for answers. When you have a question ask your heart. It is our connection to Heaven or the Astral world. The reason this is even more important is that Earth now is a 5th dimensional planet so it is getting so much easier to go inside and ask for the heart for the answer because we are living on a 5th dimensional vibrational planet. It should be getting easier to go to your heart for answers with the higher vibration into 5th dimension on our planet. Remember we started in 3rd dimension to have life experiences. Then we went to 4th dimension in the 80’s and early 90’s and now we are living in 5th dimension.
Believing Is Seeing . . . .And This Is According To Mary Magdalene (Lady Nada)!
Mary’s message today continues with getting out into nature this time it is at night time. Walking at night is a wonderful way to connect with your heart even if you live in the city. Go out and get under the stars. There is a certain silence at night time that helps you connect with your higher self and receive guidance. Lately Scott and I usually fall asleep early but we are going to do more of this ourselves. We have always felt a sense of peace looking up there to the stars and our many of early dates were spent starring up at them.
Do you ever have a decision to make and still can’t. Are you reading information and want to know if it is true? Mary wants us to be still and go to our heart for the answer. You need to have quiet all around and go inside your heart for the answer. Make sure you turn off the TV, smartphone, etc. Going out into nature is perfect. This is a new way of doing things. Instead of going to our brain to figure things out be still and listen to what your heart is saying. It has all the answers you will ever need. Let your heart decide whether the information you are reading is true. How does that information make you feel? Good or bad. And when making a decision in life go inside to your heart for answers. How does that decision make you feel? We are all born with this beautiful inner knowing. Our heart is our thinking mind.
When was the last time you weathered a storm? What type of storm was it? A snow storm perhaps? A tropical storm? A typhoon? A thunder storm? It may have been intense, or it may have been mild, but I think we have all weathered a storm or two in our lifetime.
During the storm did you experience anxiety, maybe even fear? I think that’s normal. And how did you pacify yourself? Were you able to keep yourself calm?
In a recent message from Mary she wanted us to relate our experience of weathering a natural storm, to weathering the emotional storms in our lives. Hopefully we can transfer the coping skills we use during a natural occurrence to what we experience in living the day to day.
She recommends looking inward. Try breathing to help us focus and calm ourselves. Look to our heart for direction, for balance and to help guide us as we work through our problems. If we find ourselves frozen with anxiety, try breathing to calm ourselves and to clear our mind. Use the love within us to help us through the storm. And use the love of others to help comfort us and keep us safe.
For those of us who are just coming into spring we hope your heart is melting…that and the ice and snow. The days are getting longer, the temperatures are slowly (and I do mean slowly) rising. We now have hope…Spring is officially here and soon the weather to support it will be too.
So if you feel you have been waiting longer than most winters to embrace the wonders of spring it’s time to look toward you heart and start enjoying those spring activities….get out and enjoy the air, enjoy the signs of spring…embrace nature and all that comes with this time of year!
In a recent message from Mary an image came to me of an eye. The meaning was centered around wisdom. Many of us struggle with issues in our lives…and of course just as many of us throw caution to the wind and put minimal thought into the challenges we face…quickly making decisions and using stubbornness as an excuse not to waver from our position…but Mary wanted to remind us that we have an internal mechanism that we can use…look inward…search your heart.
If you are struggling for answers take the time to look inward to help guide you through your inner turmoil…use your internal wisdom to help navigate yourself through the barriers in your mind and preconceived conclusions that will hinder your ability to think clearly and successfully resolve your problems…the thoughts that paralyse you…look to your heart to do what is right and use your internal wisdom to help solve your problems…be truthful with yourself.
And for those who are quick to decide, or tend to lock into a position more so out of principle…fearing that changing your opinion or altering your point of view is a sign of weakness…look inward…think about the big picture…small battles are easier to give up knowing that the greater good is at stake…leave your ego at the front door and strive to be more selfless…look to your heart to tap into your wisdom…do this over your need to win, or your need to be right.
…we all have this ability…it’s something that gets better over time…learn to rely on it…learn to trust it…and learn to exercise your mind’s eye.
We all have things on our mind. Some days are better than others…we have less concerns, we have less to dwell on…but other days can be overwhelming…we can get bogged down with our troubles…our troubles can easily compound and multiply in our minds…taking over…consuming our thought processes to the point we are living in that one place…it could be fear…it could be pain …it could be depression. This can be very stressful.
Mary wanted to remind us that we need to pull our hearts into this process…let your heart share the burden and help you work though your problems…go to the heart for comfort…go to your heart for clarity…use your heart to communicate…use your heart to reconnect with those who are important to you…your friends…your loved ones…the important people and things in your life…this will help dilute your pain…it will help you find solutions or coping strategies…it will help put things in perspective and give you some peace of mind back…use the love in your heart to help you heal and help connect with others.
In a recent message from Mary she showed me the horizon. It’s as if I was looking out of a window and in the distance I could see a mountain ridge…but it was as if she wanted me to look beyond the horizon. So the question became…where do you look? Do you look inward to your heart, so your heart can tell you what’s beyond the horizon… or do you look outward letting your surroundings control your heart? By looking inward you will see a clearer picture, you will find love, you will find caring, you will find peace, you will find truth. By looking outward you can become confused and disoriented…your truth can become clouded and manipulated by your surroundings…your vision can be compromised by the confines of an artificial reality.
So look inward…continue to find love, continue to share that love and make the world a better place.
…and this is according to Mary!
So where do you go when you have a question? When you have something on your mind, or when you are searching for answers where do you go?
It’s not always easy. We often ask others for advice…we begin seeking…either seeking wisdom…seeking truth…seeking answers. Sometimes we say things like “Why?” or “Why me?”…We start looking around…we branch out…we search for answers outside of ourselves.
In a recent message from Mary she wanted to remind us that it is perfectly natural to search for answers…but recommends that when we are searching for the truth, or searching for the light that we should check internally…look inward…look to your heart.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t do your own research…that is important as well…educate yourself first…do your homework…then look to your heart for answers.
Your heart knows what is best…it is full of love…it loves you very much… it helps you share your love with others…it’s a major part of your ability to heal…it helps you heal yourself…it helps heal others…it helps heal the planet.
