Mary’s message today is all about the sun. The sun is our connection to God. That is why we feel so good when we are in it. This is fairly recent info for me but it does explain my life long fascination with the sun. I ignored all the stories about it being bad—how could something that felt so good be bad for us. All these years I was feeling God and my connection to God or the Universe’s creator. It all makes so much sense now. So make sure you get out into the sun and feel God and your connection too. We still follow Dr. Mercola’s (mercola.com) sun safe advice.
We are just changing seasons here. Fall is here and Winter is around the corner which in this neck of the woods means snow. Scott and I don’t let Winter and the coldness and snowstorms keep us indoors. We embrace each season as it comes. Growing up as kids we were always outside skating on frozen ponds and sledding on hills I always enjoyed the crunchiness of the snow and the stillness of a blizzard. It was back in the days when you played outside all day and we loved it! Right now we are enjoying Fall. The leaves on some trees are just starting to change and we always appreciate Mother Nature’s beautiful plan. We both love Fall too. She is here. We plan many walks in the woods and on the beach and apple picking on a u-pick farm and choosing a pumpkin from a pumpkin patch. Mary’s message today is to embrace the change in seasons wherever you live on this planet.
Last night Scott and I were walking barefoot on the beach in the water grounding ourselves by connecting with Mother Nature. Two beautiful loons appeared in the water hunting for supper. We just stopped to admire their beauty and color. They had a regal presence about them. We wondered if they were a couple or just two friends hanging out or two siblings. They brought an unexpected peace and tranquility to our walk. Mary’s message today is when Mother Nature unexpectedly shows up to appreciate it connect with it. Remember we are made from Mother Nature so she heals us and raises our vibration.
Mary’s message today continues with getting out into nature this time it is at night time. Walking at night is a wonderful way to connect with your heart even if you live in the city. Go out and get under the stars. There is a certain silence at night time that helps you connect with your higher self and receive guidance. Lately Scott and I usually fall asleep early but we are going to do more of this ourselves. We have always felt a sense of peace looking up there to the stars and our many of early dates were spent starring up at them.
We were out at our local park the other night after a rainfall and I deeply connected with the beautiful smell of a flowering tree. I couldn’t move and just stood there while Scott looked for Birds to take pictures of. I have always appreciated the air just after a rainfall. The air is cleansed and the smells of nature are enhanced. Mary’s message today is to connect with Mother Nature in this way too. Remember from our other blogs we are made from Mother Nature and she heals us and raises our vibration. This is true with the scents in nature. From lilacs to the smell of soil to a pine tree or any body of water– these scents all heal us and raise our vibration. So get out on this Solstice to enjoy another layer to Mother Nature.
Mary’s message today is all about the sounds in nature. Remember we are made from Mother Nature so she can heal us and raise our vibration. Nature is communicating with us at all times through our hearing. Listen to the sounds of the creatures from the forest, the birds, the wind and the water. They are very therapeutic and raise our vibration. Scott and I love to hear nature as well. Just last night we were walking in our local park enjoying the birds singing to us. From a vibrational standpoint it has always soothed us. So get out into nature today and listen.
Today Mary wants to talk about how the colors in nature heal us and raise our vibration. Remember we are made from Mother Nature so her colors can heal us too. The blues of the sky and ocean . . . the birds . . . the greens of the forest. So get out into nature to raise your vibration and heal. Scott and I always had an appreciation for the colors of nature and their depth of healing. This afternoon Scott and I are heading to the ocean for a walk and some grounding (walking barefoot to connect with Mother Nature) and a visual healing with the colors that nature will provide.
