A Great Way To Reduce Stress

Today’s message from Mary is once again about nature but a different take on it. She wants you to know the joy in Mother Nature to heal us and raise our vibration. Scott and I have this local city park we visit and the birds are so used to humans they jump right up on the pathway asking for a  food not the least bit afraid. We just laugh so hard every time these ducks approach us.  We figure they want some French fries or something very human. They are not afraid of us in the least. Birds in the wild of course watch us very care fully and we  are quite shocked when these ducks jump up looking for food. We are raising our vibration here  just by getting the simpler things in life like a walk in the park.  Laughter too raises our vibration. Another joy in the winter has been checking kitty cat tracks in the snow in my backyard to see who has been by to visit. Mary just wants to remind you today  of this instant created  joy moment from Mother Nature and is a great way to alleviate stress, raise our vibration and heal us.

Stay Calm And Find Joy During Stressful Times

DSC_8184Today’s message from Mary is to find calmness and joy in times of stress and  hecticness.  Scott and I are very bad at this sometimes. We have had some stressful situations lately and have not always stayed calm and still found joyful things to do.  Mary wants to remind us all to find things to do  that calm you and add to your joy. The journey of life was supposed to be fun too.  We love to walk in nature, go birding, play musical instruments and Scott likes to take pictures. And don’t forget 8 magic words to instantly raise your vibration “What A Wondrous, Glorious, Loving Day It Is” from our December 6 post to instantly raise your vibration.

Keep It Natural This Winter

It’s hard to believe but it is almost  Winter.    Mary’s message today is all about the upcoming flu season.  She wants to remind us to eat healthy, reduce stress and do natural remedies instead of pharmaceuticals.  Eating healthy is very important. Our favourite site is Dr.  Mercola (mercola.com).   He has great knowledge about basic nutrition and how to treat  ailments with natural remedies.    Even when it gets   cold here we still get outdoors to embrace Mother Nature.  We love to walk in the woods or along the beach and  this  certainly keeps us healthy reducing stress too.   Scott and I have never had the flu shot and have seen so many people sicker  than when they started in our opinion . Our favourite natural treatment is Oil of  Oregano diluted in olive oil.  It kills a lot of bugs. We buy it at a health food store. They can give you the info on the dosage. And if you are taking  certain pharmaceuticals  you need to talk with   the health food  store staff whether you can safely take it with your prescription.  Raw garlic is another favourite we take to kill bugs.  We chop up one clove  in the morning and one clove  in the evening for no more than one day or two. (Too much garlic can be toxic.)  Heated garlic does not work it must be raw.   We explain we just had Caesar Salad to explain our breath. And have you ever heard of Aerobic Oxygen? It is liquid oxygen you put into your water and then drink.  It can kill bugs too.  We keep it in our medicine cabinet too.  It does  not  mix with certain pharmaceuticals  so talk to the health food store  as to whether  or not you can take it  safely with your prescription.
