Don’t Let Others Drain Your Energy

Mary’s message today deals with energy and something I have lots of experience with during my crazy life. Mary’s message today is to be aware when you exchange energy with people you are not letting your energy be drained. My ex and my son are both fire signs so there was always lots of strong energy exchanged in our house.  (I jokingly say what was I thinking 2 fire signs  in my home many years ago when I was planning my life.) They are both very strong willed and both  wanted the last word in any disagreements they would have. I would be sucked into their energy vortex many times and lowered my vibration without even knowing it. I am ruled by Pieces and just wanted peace but I would be sucked into their disagreements and soon I would be angry too  and lowering my vibration. I knew a few coping mechanisms like healing in nature, exercise, upbeat music. or playing music myself. Over the years I have added meditation, statements like “What a wondrous glorious loving day it is” to  instantly raise my vibration. from our Dec. 6 blog “Quick 8 Words To Raise  Your Vibration.” The other point Mary wants to make is to recognize when this is happening and not let it. Also this works in the reverse make sure you don’t intentionally bring someone’s vibration down unnecessarily. This happened to me personally recently while talking to a friend I realized I was lowering her vibration and mine by talking about my crazy past. I immediately apologized and changed the conversation to a higher vibration.

New Energy Wave Keep Vibration High

Mary’ s message today is once again to remind us to stay positive and keep you vibration up  during these next few months as there is a new energy wave coming in that could cause  you some difficulty. There is a special cosmic gamma energy wave coming in that started with the Spring Equinox. If you don’t keep your vibration high this energy wave could cause you some difficulties. Keep Your Vibraton High The Next Few Months

Today’s message from Mary deals with the Spring Equinox and  the months after. Tomorrow is March 20 the Spring Equinox. There is a special energy a cosmic gamma wave coming in to help us all. Make sure you keep your vibration high tomorrow and in the next couple of weeks. This energy wave if you don’t stay high in vibration could offer you a few challenges. Scott and I plan to be out in Mother Nature tomorrow to celebrate this Spring Equinox. And by being in nature it will help us stay in a higher vibration. Respect Nature And Its Inhabitants

For us today’s message is one of our favourite things to do.  We love to be in nature and just be. The shot above was taken last evening just before dusk.  We are fully taking advantage of the longer days of daylight. Mary’s message today is to respect nature and its inhabitants. Mother Nature is there for our benefit.. Treat her and her creation with respect. Scott and I are always shocked at how many people we see still littering.  Don’t forget we are made from Mother Nature so being in her heals us and raises our vibration.

Don’t Cocoon This Winter

Mary’s message today is for those of you experiencing winter and want to stay home and cocoon.  Mary wants you to embrace the elements and enjoy winter all the beauty it has to offer. Scott and I are quite used to doing this. Just yesterday a few hours after a snowstorm we made it to a local park for a beautiful winter walk. The trees were majestic with their snow covered magic. Usually by the time we get to the woods the snow may have melted a bit. Scott is tall and he even had to move the branches  from the trail as they hung so low with snow. Not many people were out yet so we had the park almost to ourselves. It was surreal the quiet stillness of the woods. It will be a high point of our winter walks this year and it was only a plan B.  We had started for the ocean but realized the lot where we park was not plowed yet and being old we didn’t want to get stuck so we opted for plan B a city park. We never thought to bring the camera so this picture today is from a cold, cold day last year. It was so cold I thought my face had frozen a bit. We always wear warm clothing. Don’t forget all of the elements like wind heal us  and raise our vibration because we are made from Mother Nature  and you can still ground (connecting with the earth to heal) with your boots on. So take Mary’s advice get out enjoy winter.

Quick 8 Words To Raise Vibration

Mary’s message today is a simple one line statement to instantly raise our vibration.   When you wake up  start each day state this. “What a wondrous, glorious, loving day it is!!” That’s a proclamation and by proclamation we are helping it be of higher vibration.   It makes you laugh, go giddy and immediately raises our vibration.  Since it is the holiday season with many stresses just say this proclamation to instantly raise your vibration.  I have been using it for a while any time life presented me  with a  challenge  and it does indeed work to raises your vibration I can certainly  state.   Start each day with it too and any time throughout the day something happens that lowers your vibration just say—“What a wondrous, glorious, loving day it is!!”  Then watch the magic happen!

Learn How To Pull Love In Through Your Heart

Today Mary wants to expand upon our knowledge of the heart. The heart is called the heart mind portal and is located in the cavity of the chest. Our world was built based on things that move have electrons. They move and have form. The quantum is the basic building block and it vibrates at love. If you take something that moves and put it in a field that field will start vibrating at the field’s resonance. But you can’t bring love because it is beyond the way this world is set up unless you use the heart mind portal. You can then use your being to pull love into our world. The fact is that love it can change anything instantly in this world. By using your heart mind portal you can actually use it to pull love into this world. On my personal journey I learned at some point to respond by being love to anything life through at me. I learned to just be love regardless of what problem cropped up. I continued loving the peple who had hurt me and continue to challenge me to this day. I certainly did not understand the mechanics as I do now. So next time you feel challanged by people and situations try just being love by pulling love in through your heart mind portal. Consider Pet Adoption

I have a new neighbour and a new kitty. She is a very beautiful and friendly kitty. She had been an indoor kitty prior to her adoption and seems to have taken to outdoor life nicely. Several times a day she comes to visit me after I say hi she looks for my indoor kitty. They are not so friendly as cats are very territorial. She comes to watch the birds in my yard and she loves to enjoy the sun too. Just yesterday I was walking down the street and she said meow as I walked by just to say hi. My new neighbour adopted her when he moved here. He also adopted a puppy too. We will get to watch him grow up too. Scott has had dogs before and is quite excited to have one so close. So Mary’s message today is to consider Pet Adoption. There are lots of homeless animals out there. Pets are very loving and enjoyable companions and raise our vibration. I know how empty my life would have been without the accompaniment of pets.

The Healing Power of Color

Today’s message from Mary is all about the healing ability of the color spectrum. Different colors have a vibration of their own and can raise your spirit and heal you.   For example blue and green are healing and so is pink. I wore a lot of pink during the separation from my husband and slept with a pink crystal. Pink also mends a broken heart which I definitely had. Before my separation I was always wearing black to look slim and to easily coordinate my clothes but I was not raising my vibration. I now rarely wear any black on my top and my wardrobe is filled with bright, happy colors. A brighter color has much more energy to give you.  To create the feeling of sunshine I like to use yellow.  My home has three and half yellow rooms my kitchen, dining room, family room and half my bathroom—even in the winter they feel cozy and warm and I am happier and more joyful when I am in them.  And white is helpful because it is very pure, cleansing and healing. White also has a spiritual quality to it. I always wanted to paint the rooms in my homes white but never knew why. My former husband was not amused over the years but I now understand. There are other healing colors in the spectrum not mentioned here. The internet has lots of info to begin your study. There is also a new color therapy done by using laser beams of light.

Let Music Fill Your Heart

Today’s message from Mary is all about music. Recently I attended a music reunion of the groups I had grown up playing with. It was a magical moment etched in my memory forever playing again the songs I had sang and played proudly as a child. As you know I was lucky enough to have many different forms of music education at school before budget cuts. Music puts us in a higher vibration and I was on that high for many days after. Mary’s message today is to allow your heart to fill with music. I am sure Mary was there watching so she wanted to remind all of you to embrace music as I have my whole life.
